Its a take on the term "blah blah" which we use when we are tired of hearing the same bullshit over and over again in real life. fblah fblah is basically being sick of hearing someones self riotous self help rhetoric they post on Facebook

These future business leaders can either coorperate in teams or individually to participate in competitions. Also, any haters who think otherwise can go screw themselves because the name itself (at the very least) describes how the students who participate in it, only aspire to excellence.
