A fart with an involuntary follow through. Trying to discreetly let one go with the result not so discreet, you can’t leave the room as everyone will know it’s you, you're ‘Farlumped’ as you need to dispose of the lump before everyone KNOWS it’s you. Farlumping becomes more frequent as you get older, be careful.
