When you replace normal every day exercise with fapping.

I make sure I fappercise at least 3 times a day, keeps me in the shape i'm in.

The lingerie section of Sears, JC Penney, and Kmart found in the Sunday newspaper was the best fappertisement for a young man.

Between that and the comics, my hands were busy before/during/after church.
