A less vulgar form of the short phrase "Fucking Fantastic". Usually used in sarcasm.

Dude 1: "Hannah Montana released a new album."

Fanfuckingtastic

A bastardization of the word "fantastic" with the word "fuck" added in for intensification.

It originated from the commonly used phrase "fucking fantastic" and was scrunched down into one word for simplicity.

Other similar words are "Infuckingcredible" and "Unfuckingbelievable"

"That show was totally fanfuckingtastic, no?"

"I had a fanfuckingtastic time today, Jane."

To be the best of something that there is. To be great and extremely, utterly wonderful. Not just fantastic, not just fantastical, but fanfuckingtastical. The epitome of fantasticness. It can also be used in a sarcastic manner.

This is the most fanfuckingtastical day of my life!
Sarcastic example: Oh that's just fanfuckingtastical, I'm late to work, haven't eaten breakfast and my tire is flat. Fanfuckingtastical!
