A word or phrase used to indicate to a familiar person that you have already answered the same question or order sent by a different familiar person

Mom: “Do the dishes, please.”
You: “Okay.”
Dad: “Can you do the dishes?”
You: “Pineapple.”

Pineapple here would be the familigate.

Failgate

Central Michigan University's definition of tailgating after the new policies took effect prior to the Sept. 20 home game against Alcorn State in 2009.

These policies include the limit of six beers or one pint of liquor per 21-year-old, and a ban on external sound and speaker systems.

Guy 1: Hey dude, did you go tailgating on Main before the game today?
Guy 2: Nah, we attempted to failgate in lot 63 behind Kelly/ Shorts Stadium. Pathetic.
