A combination of the word Faded and blown. Originating Texas, the word came about when an unknown source asked if one had ever been so faded they're blown.

A person that acts nice at first in a discord server but then turns out to be a pedophile and a sexual offender. Also acts differently (aka more deranged) when talking to people who're not involved with the members from the main discord server. Usually doesn't see much sunlight.
