When someone tries to explain something but does it very bad or like a 5 year old. Like Sarah Palin.

What happens when we try to explain something to someone, but instead of providing a clear, reasonable answer we must do whatever it takes and we must not blink, Charlie, in making those tough decisions and give our convoluted response, to sound exactly like Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin.

EXPALIN: They're our next door neighbors and you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska, from an island in Alaska.
