Eupheminate

A modern metropolitan man of Echo Park-Mission-Williamsburg clique for whom the idea that 'effeminate' needs to be used as an euphemism is beyond comprehension. For him, being woman-like needs to be euphemized as much as being, say, six feet tall.

Joe: That eupheminate hipster in the corner doesn't realize that by knitting he is making a statement. Joan: Someone needs to tell him that we are one state too far north, in Laramie, WY, not Boulder, CO.
