Elfiya/Alfia or Элфия, is a girl's name. The origins are unknown, but I've heard of this name several times in Tatarstan, Russia. This name can be spelt in Russian as Элфия, or in Tatar as Әлфия. Tatar is a Turkic language, so perhaps the name is from the Turkic regions/countries since I've only seen it spelt like this "Әлфия".

This name could of came from a different country though, this is just what I know so far. So this is not accurate, but this can give an idea of where the name is from.
