edelyn 

Edelyn is the name of an extraordinary being. She is ambition and very strong. She is independent and always goes for what she wants. She's kind and has a strong sense of protection. She's the most beautiful thing and is very hard working. She's intelligent and creative. She's also inventive and humble. She treats everyone equally and is insightful. She will never be "owned" and never gives up. She doesn't need anyone.

I can see fire in her eyes, thats how I know its Edelyn. She's unlike any other.

the most amazing person ever. they’ll make your life better, so let them in. they’re so cute and perfect. honestly just keep them in your life for as long as you can. 💖 but really, they’re kind to certain people, they stay up late, and will talk to you for as long as you want and as long as they can. marry a ethel if you can :)

Edgelord Personality Disorder 

A Cluster D personality disorder, stated in the DSM-5 as 'a Personality Disorder defined by bouts of attention seeking behavior, including attempts to be edgyand ostentatious-- Due to low self esteem.

Diagnostic criteria:
A) Individual must display pretentious behavior for at least a week or more.
B) They must possess inhumanly low self-esteem.
C) They incessantly spout phrases in an attempt to offend, shock, or appear 'cool' to others.
D) They claim to have antisocial attributes, yet they still confuse the terms antisocial with asocial.
E) They claim knowledge of psychology, when they get all their info from fictional television or Quora.
F) Blasts deathcore public areas, in an attempt for attention.
G) Makes claims that they 'understand slam lyrics'.
H) Claims of a terrible childhood, yet scores a flat '0 ACEs' on the 'ACE study ' test.
I) Claims that they are a master manipulator, when in doing so, does the exact opposite.
J) Obsessed with firearms.
K) Claims an absurdly high IQ, (and refers to it as 'Intelligence Quotient').
L) Despite their 'extreme perception', they seem unable to depict how others are really reacting to them.
M) Adopts a plethora of facts to sound intelligent, sometimes using their 'elaborate parlance' instead of speaking like a normal person in an attempt to impress.

These must be present in subject since age 9 and still be present by age 16+ in order to be diagnosed.

Ethel 

One of the last few decent-hearted girls left in this world. Forward thinking, pioneering, and and hard working. Not one to hold back on the harsh truth. Likely to have been bullied for her name but stands strong, eventually having people envious of her. She has a beauty that seems to stand through time, and people of all generations consider her personality and charm to make her beauty even that more radiant. Her politeness doesn’t dampen her resiliency to her beliefs, and she always wants what’s best for the greater good. An Ethel thinks and does so much for the world, and will never be forgotten by anyone.

If you think you’re smart, you won’t feel as smart after one conversation with an Ethel. She will not make you feel stupid at all, instead she will make you feel like you’ve yet to see the world.

Person 1: You're not such a loud mouth today. Everything ok?
Person 2: A lady just changed my perspective on bringing the shopping carts to the right place after doing groceries today. She made me feel like I want to be a better person.

edgelord 

A poster on an Internet forum, (particularly 4chan) who expresses opinions which are either strongly nihilistic, ("life has no meaning," or Tyler Durden's special snowflake speech from the film Fight Club being probably the two main examples) or contain references to Hitler, Nazism, fascism, or other taboo topics which are deliberately intended to shock or offend readers.

The term "edgelord," is a noun, which came from the previous adjective, "edgy," which described the above behaviour.

Nietzsche was an edgelord before it was cool.
