Drug Boogers. The dried "drugs" that you've snorted that are now stuck in your nose. They are no longer "drugs" and are not yet "boogers".

I snorted some oxy earlier and now I have a shit load of droogers.

Etymology: The members of a gang (Droogs) in the 1971 film, A Clockwork Orange, sadistically beat up defenceless people, often kicking them in the face or groin.

Snoopy Droopers 

Snoopy Droopers are boobs that are so saggy that they look like Snoopys nose. Long, and droopy!
I heard the word on Love Line a few weeks ago, a drunk guy was slurring nonsense and Snoopy Droopers came out in all the nonsensical crap he was saying.
