Drangover is to dreams what hangover is to drunkenness. It’s when you wake up after a dream and still think you are in it.

I woke up after the dream of being chased, thinking I should call someone; looking at it now I was having a drangover.

When you don't know if you're still drunk or if you have a hangover. The stage between being drunk and starting to get a hangover.

Drunkard - "Wtf. I don't know if i'm still drunk or hungover."
Sober one - "Dude, you got drangover."
