A Dick Doodle is when you take an unsolicited dick pick that was sent to your private messages in chat, edit it with funny doodles, and send it back to the person who sent it to you. Bonus points if you can post it publicly for all to see.

Poly got tired of getting sexually assaulted by guys sending her dick pics all day long, so she started making Dick Doodles out of them and sending them back.
