A silly round guy who's wide smile never fails to melt your heart. No matter how upset / down in the pits you are , hearing him crack just one of his jokes is enough to make you look forward to the rest of your day. Also called "walking beast" or "living sex machine" , a piece of this nerdy little person is what everyone needs in their lives.

Diaconia

Diaconia is another word for “caring for each other”. Diaconia is a word of Greek origin, which often appears in the Bible in its original sense, namely: serving God in caring for one’s fellow creatures. Today the expression is used for a Christian, social effort towards helping people whose lives are difficult.

With the Christian view of human nature as a basis, we are of the conviction that every human holds the possibility of change. Therefore we can believe, hope and act together with people who find that their possibilities have come to an end.
Diaconia is about humanity

* To meet people where they are.

* To see and create possibilities in what seems impossible.

* To find the time to talk with people - also when talking is difficult.

* To help people towards independence and self-worth.

Diaconia is about politics and protest

* To place human dignity in focus.

* To relate to the structures of society.

* To protest about unfair social conditions.

* To place professional knowledge beneath acts of humanity and Christian thinking.

city chicken

A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.

I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.

endwarfins

The rush of neurotransmitters and neuropeptides triggered specifically by watching the Seven Dwarfs march home singing "Heigh-Ho" — that particular high of pickaxes, whistling while you work, and communal domestic bliss in a cottage built for men half your height.
I only meant to watch the Heigh-Ho scene for the endwarfins, and then it was two hours later and I'd watched the whole movie.

Endwarfins aren't just a Snow White thing — I get the same hit off the Lollipop Guild in Oz.

A slang term used to describe a bald person, typically someone who is completely bald or has a closely shaved head. The term is derived from the infamous, hairless kids’ cartoon character of the same name.
Example 1:
“Did you see that caillou over there? His head is reflecting the sun like a disco ball.”
Example 2:
“I think Dave is finally accepting his hair loss. He just went full caillou and shaved the whole thing off.”
