Decognify (verb, dēkôgnə-fī') derived from Cog.

1. To pull someone out of ignorance.
2. To reveal life changing facts to someone.
3. To (get someone to) seize doing a repetitive or monotone action in the everyday life.
4. The attempt to convince a 'cog' person or a 'drone' about something they think is impossible, or to show them information they do not yet know.
The point of UFO conferences is to decognify people who don't believe in anything beyond their daily lives.
