(verb) The act of amplifying the volume decibel level of music or sound clips to produce loud, incoherent buzzing noises, often to hurt one's ears in a comedic way; "dB" being the symbol for "decibel", with the added suffix "-stroy" to make it sound like "destroy", as that is exactly what happens to the sounds. Similar if not the same as bass boosting and ear rape.
