Workplace Conflict 

As the name suggests this is conflict within the workplace. These conflicts can be due to people with different personalities that just don’t get on well, or different opinions as to how the work should be done. Managers showing favouritism can cause or exacerbate workplace conflict as can the environment of the workplace itself or the hierarchical structure of the organisation.
Workplace conflict is pernicious and unpleasant and if there is no way that this conflict can be resolved you could be better off working for another organisation.

Conflict between two fun things to do, where both choices are equally fun.

Nobody seems to have sympathy for people with "Fun Conflicts". In fact, they become a little annoyed and wish they had more fun conflicts of their own.

World in Conflict 

Awesome game made my Massgate and published by Sierra.
It takes place in 1989 when the USSR invades the US.
You can also play in Europe as well. In Europe you play as NATO. It has great multiplayer and graphics.

It's hard to describe the feeling you get when dropping a tactical nuke on your enemy for the first time in World in Conflict multiplayer.
