The word Cerena is French-Canadian and means "she who is beautiful and without equal". A Cerena is the pinnacle of female perfection and drives any and all men to crave her. There are those who say she gives off a Coconut aroma, others say its more like baked pastries... you will know you have come across a Cerena when you feel your heart swell, your smile widen and your mood completely skyrocket into bliss, at the mere sight of her, let alone mere thought.
