One who is being in the presence of a person by the name of Joe or Joseph.

Person A - "Yo, nigga, you kickin' it cranapple style tonight?"

Person B - "Ah shit son, you best belive it. Joe and I are possed' ta roll up a blizzy (weed filled cigar) in da back streets. Nah mean?"
