Same as confuzzled (Confused and Puzzled) but with WTF added in to get a wtf are you saying it is so confusing and puzzling affect.

"Last night I took my walk for a park in the dog and found a nickle.... "Wow that was really confutzling and I feel confutzled""

Confussled

A sense of total confusion. When your are both confused and muddled by a situation, like when there is alot going on around you and its hard to concentrate or know where to go and what to do.

Trying to find my way around my new school totally confussled me coz i didnt know where anything was and people were telling me so many different things.
