A circumstance in which you are hungry but can't for the life of you figure out what to eat.

Tommy: I'm hungry as hell, Randell.
Randell: So, like, get something to eat, bro!
Tommy: But I dunno what I want! Man be bare confoodsed.

Confoodsion

A mental state that occurs when one is surrounded by restaurants and food services but has allowed his blood sugar to fall to the point that he is no longer capable of deciding which nourishment to procure. Considered more of a first world problem than an actual medical condition.

Ian is often in such a state of hunger-induced confoodsion at lunchtime that he considers eating his own arm and declares war on the meal itself.
