1. This word can be used as an adjective and/or a noun. It is used often to describe someone that we don't like for any reason. But most of the time, it's because we don't like their style or attitude. If it's like, you know, ghetto or choont.

2. Someone who can't speak English.

Derives from the root words Chen and booty, this term was popularized on Twitter. Refers to the two firm, perky, and pretty cheeks owned by Chen of EXO, said to be comparable to speedbumps on roads due to their perfect curvature. Chooty has an official fanclub called EXO CBX.
