Chibri

Chibri is a word used by someone who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol to the extent that their ability to pronounce words properly greatly diminishes. It was originally derived from a term from the recent fad of 'Talking like a Maori': "Choice, Bro!"
Since its first usage many years ago, the word chibri has adapted to be used in place of any adjective, similar to the word smurf; although many people just use the word randomly in place of any other word, or just as an exclamation of delight.

Josh: "How 'bout another beer, bro?"
Flynn: "Chibri!"

Chikri

chikri is a hacker that started to gain clout by hacking into the social media accounts of celebrities like Kylie Jenner, Taylor Swift, DJ Khaled & many more

people started makin fanpages about him which is still up on ig/twitter til this day

his last tweet was made 2017 on his twitter @chikrigilinsky and he hasnt tweeted anythin since but people still talk/tweet about him til this day.

Chibi Chan

Something you'd call someone who is small. Sometimes it is used as a term of endearment but it also can be used as an insult or a way to make fun of a short person. The person being called Chibi Chan is in denial about being short most of the time.

Tall person : Hey, Chibi Chan!
Short person : Stop calling me that, loser!!
Tall person : But I want nothing but to love and support you! You repay me by calling me names?
Short person : Whatever. Go away!

He was mistaken for a girl by many other characters since he was often wearing girl clothing because of Hungary dressing him up. This resulted in the Holy Roman Empire (HRE) to fall in love with him.

Chiberia

Chi-beria is a term coined by NWS meteorologist Ricky Castro (on his way to work) before the 1/6/2014 polar vortex outbreak. The City of Chicago and greater suburban areas reached AIR temperatures at around -15 degree Fahrenheit. Combined with even colder wind chills of down to -50 degrees Fahrenheit and about a foot of snow, social media controller for the NWS decided it would accurately depict the severity of the upcoming weather and cause people to take precaution. The word went viral via hastags (#) and became to be used as a term to describe Chicago during periods of extreme cold weather. Simple etymology consists of combining the names "Chicago" with "Siberia". It means conditions for the city will or currently rival conditions of Siberia, notorious for extreme cold and snow.

"yeah, welcome to Chiberia dude"
