Chainscrolling: The compulsive, nonstop habit of endlessly scrolling through your phone or social media, just like a chain smoker can’t put down a cigarette. It’s digital addiction at its core—constantly engaging with your device without a break, mirroring the relentless cycle of chain smoking.
