If it’s chain, it’s free reign

Stealing or ‘borrowing’ from corporate(chain) stores. They have more than enough money to make up for losses. DO NOT take from local Mom and Pop shops, asshole!

Sara: Hey wanna go ‘hang out’ in Macy’s??
Tiff: Ofc!! If it’s chain, it’s free reign!!
(In reality Sara and Tiff stealing from Macy’s bc F that company)

Basically it means steal or "borrow" anything you want.

(Meaning that Zach and Layla were going to steal from the store)
