(n) Something that looks like a big freckle on the body and seems to have a very small bump, usually scattered across the arms or other areas. Considered cute and gives personality. Often misunderstood with being described as moles. Mostly used as slang and is pronounced either like "see-dot" "see-dit" "keh-dit" or "keh-dot".

People from El Salvador (smallest country in Central America) are known for using the word "cerote" freely amongst one another the way a black person would use the "n" word amongst his homies. It's a word that Salvadorians can use but when another race or nationality uses it towards Salvadorians, ur gettin' yo ass wooped. Cerote can also be used as a deregatory word for people from El Salvador because they use it alot; the same outcome would be if a non-black person would use the "n" word

When you open your neighbors tent in the campground and give them a surprise golden shower (typically after have consumed copious amounts of alcohol). Before they can get out and while they are coming after you - you zip up their tent door, run away and scream Jim Falls!

Holy shit HODOR I drank so much at Rock Fest that I gave these scanky bitches a Cadott Firedrill. Much to my surprise they lapped up every drop!
