Cedot 

(n) Something that looks like a big freckle on the body and seems to have a very small bump, usually scattered across the arms or other areas. Considered cute and gives personality. Often misunderstood with being described as moles. Mostly used as slang and is pronounced either like "see-dot" "see-dit" "keh-dit" or "keh-dot".

It's a word that Salvadorians can use but when another race or nationality uses it towards Salvadorians, ur gettin' yo ass wooped.
