It's like a child and parent relationship, it's also not ddlg or ddlb those two are sexual where as a caregiver and a little/age regressor relationship is safe for work and not sexual at all. Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur.
