Governance by noise rather than validity. A political environment in which the loudest, most repeated, most emotionally amplified, or most visible position gains influence regardless of whether it is the strongest argument.

The quiet proposal contained evidence. The louder proposal contained slogans. By the end of the debate everyone remembered the slogan and nobody remembered the evidence. The decision followed the noise. That was clamocracy.

Governmental rule by the worst, the most despicable people.
Sometimes spelled "kakocracy", but meaning the same.

Given the decline of statesmanship in the U.S. government, and the corruption among the ruling classes, one could well define our rule as formerly a republic, but now a cacocracy.

A form of government characterized by rule by tall, rich, white jocks with tattoo sleeves and backwards baseball caps. The Chads plunder all the money, bang all the hot chicks, and silence anyone who dares to speak out against them.

A combination or acceptance of a governing party or relationship with the institutions as a fundamental datum, based on mafia style such as having a form of justice of its own and uses murder as a punishment and not as a crime.

I'd stay out of Russia or any other FSR (Former Soviet Republic) because their government is a crimocracy.

Chavocracy 

A so-called 'Democracy' whereby the unintelligent masses decide who governs a country.

Often convinced to vote for a particular party with buzz words or hot phrases with ease, rather than persuaded with logic.

YOU: "So, the Tories no longer hold the same views towards taxes as they once did, albeit this recession is largely to blame. All the same, it'll be UKIP for me this year. What do you think?"

CHAV 1: "Me? I'm votin' BNP, innit. Dat leader bloke is wellll fit."

A legislative body is selected by random means.

A civil service will advise this legislative body.
