Acronym for 'Capitalized Itallic British Accent Love"...used to explain an intened tone of voice. Also helps make someone sound completely ridiculous.

Cobalting 

The act of attending a seedy bar north of downtown San Antonio at odd hours generally not associated with human liquor consumption (i.e. 8am). Cobalting is closely aligned with thots and the acts of doing hoodrat things.

Cobalicious 

pronounced cobe-a-li-shus. An adjective used to describe an amazing person that deserves it. They often receive gifts such as cake for their amazingness. Sometimes turkey.

Martin: Yo Gil! You're lookin cobalicious today!

Gilbert: *falls to floor, weeping with joy* THANK YOU! Oh yeah, that cake tasted great. Especially with the turkey.

Cibai 

Referred to Women's Vagina - in offensive term. Used widely for cursing by the Hokkien community in Southeast Asia especially in Medan and Batam in Indonesia, Penang and Johor in Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan.

To emphasize on rudeness, some people actually add "chau" (which means smelly) in the front as in "chau cibai".

"Cibai" can also be added in front of another noun to describe one's anger against the noun, such as "Cibai" Car, "Cibai" Face (or in Hokkien it is "Cibai Been"), "Cibai" Police, etc.

"Cibai!" My mobile phone was stolen again.

cimbal 

-someone who goes back to one girl who loves him only for sex.

-this person will also seriously enjoy getting drunk to the point where they will mutter their words incoherently.

-he is a mooch who will scheme until he gets his fill.

-he is likely to also not have any money on him or not enough gas in his car to be a designated driver.

-Anytime you hit this person, they will bitch about it for days on end

-This person has a knack of hocking up loogies and being seroiusly obnoxious with his mouth sounds and will always bitch about it when called out on it.

-sometimes will have the nickname of balls

Cicalo 

Pronounced (Chi-kallo). Means Damn girl or giggity. Also used as a substitute for "That's what she said". Comes from Italian "C'e` culo" literally meaning 'there is ass'. Can be used as "Zing" when a funny joke is made.

Nino: "Hey Sal, you see that chick"
Sal: "Wow! Cicalo!"

Chick: "OMG, this Popsicle is so big, I can barely fit it in my mouth!"
Dude: "(Chuckles) haha Cicalo!"

Cabal on Mars 

When you're in the middle of a war with the Cabal on Mars and you have to punch through the defenses of Valas Ta'aurc, who commands the Siege Dancers outside of Rubicon to loosen their grip on the freehold.

Vuvuzela: Whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather, he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank just outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.
