Framing isolation as "protection": Claiming its for the victims safety or out of "love" (its not love,its 4 control)
Financial restrictions: Limiting access 2 money or opportunities = making the victim reliant on the abuser
Enabling: Supporting bad habits such as addiction of: Drugs,alcohol,video games,hoarding.
Monopolizing time: Demanding constant attention/scheduling activities 2 prevent social interactions
Sabotaging relationships: Creating conflicts or spreading lies 2 alienate the victim from friends&family
Controlling Communication: Limiting phone/internet/social media access&monitoring interactions
Fear: Threatening consequences if the victim tries to seek help or interacts "too much" with others

If u dont have the option... RUN. Plan ahead & RUN = The Door(its open). Then 1 step after the other.
