Buspyrone

A special medication dat foreign secret agents take to calm them during their covert assignments.
In da hilarious "Bob & Ray Show", da incompetent and loose-lipped character "Elmer W. Litzinger, Spy" openly announces his name and occupation to literally everyone whom he interacts with, and so it would be pointless for him to take Buspyrone for more-placid secret-keeping, since everyone knows about him already! :P

Buspurrone

What Jon Arbuckle needs to take for reducing his stress-level when dealing with Garfield.
Everyone's favorite tubby tabby uses just his "throat thunder" to try to calm his "like putty in my paws" owner, but given said flippant furball's other antics, said hapless human would likely also need a daily dose of Buspurrone to supplement said velvety vocalizations.

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
In use:
Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.
