1. A bumwag is an insult it can mean 2 things someone who gets on your nerves is a bumwag because they're 3. wagging your bum which means to annoy 3. Bumwag can also be used after the word imbecilic which turns the word bumwag into an insult the insult means along the lines of you stupid uncultured swine.

2. Mate, stop wagging my bum.

Someone who gets on your nerves is a bumwag, if someone is wagging your bum they're annoying you and if you say you are an imbecilic bumwag it turns it into an insult meaning you stupid uncultured swine.
