A person who unconsciously and habitual puts your Bic lighter into their pocket or purse.

"My best friend is a bicpocket, but he always returns my lighter as soon as he realizes what he did."
When confronted, a bicpocket will always act surprised when they realize they have your lighter.
Any person who once owned a Bic lighter eventually becomes a bicpocket.
