Bruga is put together out of bruh + megasus - sus = Bruga. It's used to describe someone who is acting annoying and would make you go "bruh" but is also strange and acting like he's maybe hiding something. So you just have to call him bruga because he's a combination of both.
"Bruh this guy's megasus. He's claiming that the Earth is flat but he's a scientist which means that he should know that Earth just can't be flat."
"Oh, so he's a bruga?"
"Yes, I couldn't find the word for it."
"Oh, so he's a bruga?"
"Yes, I couldn't find the word for it."
