A term used to describe a hard turn a driver just made. The notion is that the turn was so abrupt and so scary, that it would not be impossible that someone's shorts would have turned brown. It's meant to be used to acknowledge the person driving turned WAY too hard, and encourage them to drive safer and turn with more care. Another way of saying "you almost killed us with your driving"
In a car of 4 people, the driver makes a hard right turn that almost flips the car and the tires on the car squeal.
