Synonym for bullshit used to argue someone's point. Commonly a replacement for "lies" or "false." Originating around the summer of '07, which became widely spread in the Maryland area.

"Hey, I heard you had way too much fun last night"
-"Boshinkle!"

"Agh, that test was such...such...BOSHINKLE!"

"So, despite what you say, I'm technically right"

It is also the name of a nightclub, clothing & music company in Ibiza.
