A semi-fictional word made up to describe in extreme disgust those formerly referred to as creepers and stalkers. This was in response to the adoration/appreciation of certain stalkers and creepers, who felt it was necessary to create a new term for the unappreciated stalkers and creepers.
Thus, brecko.

Matt: Yes, I am pretty awesome.
Randomly appearing brecko: Yeah, get some!

A misinterpretation of the phrase "beck and call" such as "at ones beck and call" meaning to be at willful readiness to fulfill another's orders or commands. It is usually used by people who are attempting to sound more well read than are are in actuality.
