A "Skittles bitch" is a man who uses the colored candy shells of Skittles as make-up in prison. They soak the candies to soften them and then paint their faces up like ladies.

Breadhead 

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".
