Big Smoke is a character from GTA: San Andreas. In the mission titled "Drive-Thru", the crew goes to Cluckin' Bell, a fast-food restaurant. The crew all orders a decently-sized meal, only for Big Smoke to order something consisting of over 7,000 calories.

Big Smoke: "I'll have two number nines, a number nine large, a number six with extra dip, a number seven, two number forty-fives, one with cheese, and a large soda."

A person(usually obese) that orders a long-worn out fast-food order that seems to test the paitience of other customers waiting in line. This word is based off of the fictional video-game character Big Smoke from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

Big Smoke is a lard ass motherfucker who sold out his hood and his homies in Grove Street! He's also a bit crazy, too many drugs went to his head or something. If you see this fool (he's easy to spot, just look for the heavy-ass cheeseburger-eating motherfucker blocking out the sun), you best dump on him.
