A self obsessed person with a high pitched voice. Loves disturbing others specialy the ones close to her but at the same time also very loving and helping. This kind of people never sends a single sentence on any social media like whatsapp Facebook Twitter etc etc.
Adopted into English in the 1300s, it was first recorded in Chaucer's Troilus and Cressida (c. 1385). Today it is considered quite formal, although it also is used humorously.
