A slang term for Benadryl. Benny’s can be easily abused, especially the pink and blue ones. The clear ones smack too! They’re used for histamine when you have a allergic reaction and work the the best. Also used for sleep aid. So let’s say you pop one and you dodge the sleep, booooy you are high
