An act of feminism in which young women grow out their pubic hair, work up a crotch sweat, and proceed to grind a male's face.

Often used by sororities as a form of ritual and empowerment.
"Dude, are you coming to our mixer with TPA?"
"Nah bro, I'm still pulling the hair out of my teeth from the last time I got beaved"

"Is it considered cheating if my girlfriend is beaving other dudes?"

Wobbing and Beaving

a failed attempt to successfully use the boxing defence technique of 'bobbing and weaving.'
"I told him to bob and weave but even when he moves his head he gets punched. It's not so much bobbing and weaving as it is wobbing and beaving!"

Monkey Beating An Engine With A Hammer

A parable passed down for generations describing the futility of the unintelligent to perform simple tasks.

Since ancient times, when an imbecile, ill-advised coworker or friend has attempted an assignment beyond their capabilities, they are often compared to a monkey endlessly trying to fix an engine that won't start by beating on it with a hammer, because monkeys do not possess the skills of a mechanic.
After being shown how twice, Dan never did learn how to open the fence, so it rained on him a few hours later. He was just like a Monkey Beating An Engine With A Hammer that day.

beating army

A common colloquialism for "jerking off" at the US Naval Academy. Perhaps the most popular pastime among male midshipmen, due to a natural aversion towards dark siding, a general lack of attractive young women, and the ever present fear of being SAPR'd. Not to be confused with the female equivalent, "plebing your cover", which is a play on the term for the way freshmen (plebes) carry their covers (hats) by spreading their hand on the inside and carrying by their side.
I caught my roommate beating army last night. I'm not comfortable in the room anymore.

ear beating

When a person keeps talking to you until your ears start to feel actual physical pain from the steady flow of inane shit that is coming out of their mouth.
Ear Beater: "...So, then I realized that to de-worm my Cocker Spaniel, I would probably have to get it to stop eating shit, but before I did that I would need to let it out of its cage. Whenever I let that little fucker out of his cage he just pisses on everything. You know who else pisses on everything? Steve. One time he pissed on my Cocker Spaniel..."

Victim's Mind: Oh my fucking God, this is the worst ear beating ever.

beating the gay allegations

Used primarily on twitter to describe when someone does something that hints that they may be homosexual or commits a homosexual act. The response would usually be them getting called gay, so they would not be beating the gay allegations.
“Jeonghan said that the members of Seventeen are very good looking”
“He’s never beating the gay allegations”

trucker's tan

A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.
I had a trucker's tan after driving for 10 straight hours on a sunny day.

British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”

Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
According to the boffins downstairs, the murderer used a serrated blade.

Pee Calculus

When you have to pee in a movie but don’t want to miss anything, and must do the following mental equation: will the amount I have to pee cause enough discomfort to diminish my attention capacity for the remainder of the movie to an extent which is greater than the amount of the movie I would miss by making a mad dash to the restroom.
I saw Satantango last night, wonderful film but by the 5th hour I had to start doing pee calculus.
