Barnoy is a Filipino word as it was created by a Filipino, but people from other countries can freely use it! Someone named "Timpalot" created this word for people to use and she hopes that it is useful. She said that she was just creating random names for her dog named Bruno and thought of this word, Barnoy. (You may think this is nonsense, but I am talking seriously right now.)
