Barelvi 

A reform of Sunni Islam in the Indian Subcontinent , around 1800's , that was formed right alongside their rival group, the Deobandis

as Deobandis came from Ibn Tammiyah in Iraq, likewise Brelvis come from A'shari school of Iraq since 1000 BC
Deobandis and Barelvis are staunch rivals,

Both these groups are quite similar on the surface , pray 5 times a day, fasting ramadan, quran and hadith

Deobandis are materialistic in nature and responsible for most militant groups like al-qaeda, taliban, and ISIS, and ofc , being Sunni Muslims, they are quite a bit closer to Khwarjites and Ibadis

ofc it is hard to classify as there is strong overlaps between brelvis and deobandis between the mosques they control or islamic groups they spear head

There are Controversies about Brelvis coming from Christians and Salafi/Wahabi sunni muslim counter parts , insisting Brelvis practice Necromancy, which is a form of Idolatry, but then Brelvis , as other Sufis, would defend by pulling loop-holes in the Quran and their brand of Sunnah saying Islam permits intercession to justify their actions.

Such acts of Grave worship that Brelvis have been noted to do has been noted to also occur among Twelvers , Ismailis and ofc other sunni sufi groups.
