A mixture of the type of person who is Douchebag and a Douchelord. i.e. the very worst kind of person that you would ever want to meet.

Me: I went out with Jerry last night. He is such a Baglord.

Friend: You will never want to see him again will you?
Me: I've deleted all my accounts, changed phone number, moved house and sought counselling.
