To give someone a hard time undeservedly; to pick on someone. I hear it used this way 100 times per day in the South Bronx (Hunts Point/Longwood area to be precise. I teach 8th grade there.)

A phrase comprised of many key elements, partly observed from the passing noise emanating from sub-woofer car audio systems (beastie-toasty, beastie-toasty). Unique to a small group indigenous to Birkenhead, sometimes found loitering in Nottingham

To start acting aggressive and edgy.
Characterised by tough, thuggish behaviour.
That bitch is getting all up in my face, I'ma have to get my beast on, and put her in her place.

beast mode on 

The act of turning on an inner psychological switch so that you instantaneously become a beast at any time. Can also be used sarcastically if you know you're about to do something dumb or unbeastly. Often turned on by rap music or whatever pumps you up.
John was always a weak kid, and he got picked on a lot. That is, until he turned beast mode on and got ripped.

Blast on fools 

To use your strap/firearm on a human being. To shoot somebody.
1. Some bustas tried to jack my whip, so I had to blast on those fools.
2. If y'all see my parole officer, blast on that fool!

British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”

Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
According to the boffins downstairs, the murderer used a serrated blade.

Pee Calculus

When you have to pee in a movie but don’t want to miss anything, and must do the following mental equation: will the amount I have to pee cause enough discomfort to diminish my attention capacity for the remainder of the movie to an extent which is greater than the amount of the movie I would miss by making a mad dash to the restroom.
I saw Satantango last night, wonderful film but by the 5th hour I had to start doing pee calculus.
