Buh is everything and nothing at the same time.

Since Buh is a pronoun/adjective you can use it to describe things and people, and even a group of people.

Buh is also used for interpolating, Buh is impartial to opinions of any kind (not subjective).

You can not assume it has purpose because it’s non-sensical, although using it in a hypothetical question can produce a paradox.
You can not credit the word Buh as a racial slur because there’s no connotation to this word being intolerant to specific races in the use of any context.
