This is when someone is perky but crazy at the same time. Can be crazy funny and then have a serious convo later. Has crushes on health silence kid and she claims she is not in love with Andy Garrett be we all know she is. Alsooo her mommy would be belle while her daddy would be the beasts. Favorite food to usually eat r roaches and she is mean to RAYA. Also keeps sooah from getting a serious relationship with Scrooge (Andy’s daddy)
