It is formed as the missing twin, structural opposite or antonym of the lowercase “catholic” ( meaning universal ); mirroring the scientific balance of the words catabolic/anabolic or cation/anion symmetry.

It describes something that is hyper-local, restricted to a specific region or provincial territory; exclusive or selective rather than all-encompassing; grounded in a spiritual return to one’s true origins, roots and absolute nature
