Ame-Rican 

One born or who grew up in Puerto Rico, but has moved into and/or has lived in the US of A for a long period of time.
Watered down or Americanized Puerto Rican.

May not completely fit in here nor there.

Since once there (in PR), they will be seen as Ame-Rican.

Once here (in mainland US of A), they will still seem foreign but are still Ame-Rican.
FYI: Anyone born in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico IS an American citizen, automatically. Hence the reason, that in 2005, all born in PR required a NEW birth certificate as proof of birth and automatic citizenship.
Those born in Puerto Rico come in ever color under the sun.
Puerto Rican is NOT a race, it is a birth place.
Attitude makes you Rican, nothing else.

I have lived in Kentucky since 1976, having moved there from Puerto Rico when I was 11. I consider myself an Ame-Rican.

American Death Metal

American Death Metal aka United States Death Metal USDM is comprised of Death Metal bands there were originally formed in the United States of America many of which were influenced by Metal from other nations of the world. Death metal is an extreme subgenre of heavy metal music. It typically employs heavily distorted guitars, tremolo picking, deep growling vocals, blast beat drumming, minor keys or atonality, and complex song structures with multiple tempo changes.

American Death Metal has lots of bands that really have pushed the envelope in the Death Metal World! Hail USDM!

The Great American Pastime 

The Great American Pastime — Formerly Baseball — but now Gun violence must be Great American Pastime because it’s played almost daily, and especially on weekends — adding a new shade of meaning to the term “weekend warrior”. It is not limited by seasons like baseball, soccer, hockey, football, basketball, or lacrosse; and is one ot the only pastimes that can be easily played year round!

Even children can play; it can be played anywhere; and there are no difficult rules to learn. No other country in the world plays this game as good as Americans! And we love this pastime so much that it has spontaneously erupted in grocery stores, places of worship, homes, and schools. In fact so little equipment is required for this pastime that it is no exaggeration to say that you never know when people are going to start playing. No body actually yells “SLAP LEATHER” like in the movies.

And you can only lose this game once.

Lock an load America; and, let’s all play!

Native American Fancy Dancing 

The dancers wear feathers, beads, headbands, etc. They dance at pow wows & are Quite the Wonderful sight to see!

At the pow wow, I got to see Native American Fancy Dancing & was Quite Impressed! They give an amazing show! I loved it so very much!

American Taliban 

A U.S. citizen and traitorous idiot who was captured in Afghanistan at the start of the war there against the Taliban after the 9/11 attacks. Real name John Walker Lindh, born in Washington D.C., he became radicalized and converted to Islam as a teen, then went to the Mideast to train and fight along with the Taliban punks against the U.S.

Could also refer to any U.S. citizen or resident who lives/lived or was born in the U.S. but becomes a radicalized Muslim and joins forces with the foreign Taliban or Taliban-related group, against the U.S.

I'm worried about Jimmy and his sudden strange behaviors, proclaiming Sharia Law and booking trips to the Mideast for "education." I hope he won't become another American Taliban.
